For ConstruMath, Briscas Boricuas, Capicú, Coquí Pop, Critter Pop, Northwoods Pop and H.A.D.E.S. // Sentinel. Updated 16 October 2026.
Request deletion without installing the app
Email carvedstoneinteractive@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Carved Stone Interactive account.” Send from the Google email used to sign in, if possible, and name the game. If you cannot access that email, explain that in your request so we can discuss ownership verification.
This starts a support request, not an immediate deletion. We verify account ownership before acting and reply with the outcome or any information still needed. Never send your password, one-time sign-in codes, payment-card details or identity documents in the initial email. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Delete inside the game
Open Account / Your progress → Manage account → Delete account. Coquí Pop uses Cuenta / Tu progreso → Administrar cuenta → Eliminar cuenta. Read the shared-account warning and confirm only if you intend to delete. The app may ask for a recent Google sign-in. If deletion is interrupted, use its retry option; a missing connection does not mean it finished.
What deletion affects
Deletion removes the shared studio identity and active cloud data across connected apps and games, including ConstruMath, Briscas Boricuas, Capicú, Coquí Pop, Critter Pop, Northwoods Pop and Sentinel. This includes cloud saves and their history, inventory, item-use and return-reward records, daily-deal results, reward sessions and encrypted purchase retry records. It also removes the associated Firebase sign-in identity. It does not delete your Google account.
The requesting app cleans its local account copies after confirmation. Other installations may retain local copies until their app data is cleared. Separate guest saves remain on the device. Clearing local data or uninstalling alone does not delete the cloud account. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases or recreate previously spent goods; contact Google Play for refund requests.
Information retained
Limited hashed deletion/transaction records remain to prevent reusing deleted identities or already-claimed receipts. These records currently have no automatic expiry and are retained for fraud prevention. They are not used to restore a deleted gameplay profile.
Encrypted backups rotate with new snapshots: the host keeps the newest 48 and a daily copy for the latest 30 backed-up dates; the independent copy also keeps snapshots under 30 days old. Interruptions can extend retention beyond 30 calendar days. Backups are restricted to recovery; deletion records must be reapplied before restored data is served. Support correspondence and providers' own records may remain for resolving the request, disputes or legal obligations.
